Founded by Ian Ashcraft, Premier began as the next evolution of a vision Ian had been refining for years in the Cincinnati Tri-State area. After owning and operating a previous mobile detailing company, Ian made the deliberate decision to step away from a partnership and start fresh—this time building a company entirely around his uncompromising standards for quality, consistency, and customer experience.
Toward the end of 2025, Marc Fields joined Ian as Chief Operating Officer, and together they began building Premier Mobile Detailing & Pressure Washing from the ground up. With years of combined experience in the service industry, Ian and Marc shared a common passion: restoring vehicles and properties to a level of cleanliness that borders on perfection.
What started as a shared obsession with doing things the right way quickly became a company rooted in three core principles: Precision, Convenience, and Excellence.

Ian Ashcraft
Founder & CEO
Ian Ashcraft is a Cincinnati-based entrepreneur with extensive hands-on experience in luxury mobile car detailing, pressure washing services, and service-based business operations. Born and raised in Cincinnati's Anderson Township, Ian attended the University of Cincinnati's Lindner College of Business, where he studied marketing before launching his first mobile detailing company while still a sophomore.
From the beginning, Ian was deeply involved in every aspect of the business—from high-level customer service and brand development to meticulous, hands-on automotive detailing. His focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail quickly set his company apart in the Cincinnati Tri-State area. In recognition of that commitment, his previous detailing business was named "Best of the City" by Cincinnati Magazine in 2023, a distinction earned through reputation, craftsmanship, and customer trust.
As the business continued to grow, Ian made the decisive move to leave college and pursue entrepreneurship full-time. After exiting that company in 2024, he remained in the service industry, managing a local brewery where he further refined his leadership, operations management, and customer experience skills.
When the brewery closed in 2025, Ian used the opportunity to reflect and rebuild—this time with greater experience, stronger systems, and a clearer vision. Premier Mobile Detailing & Pressure Washing represents the culmination of that journey: a company built on precision, convenience, and excellence, with an uncompromising focus on delivering elite results customers can rely on.
Marc Fields
Chief Operating Officer
Marc Fields is a detail-driven professional with a hands-on background in luxury automotive detailing, operations, and customer experience management. Having lived in Tennessee, Kansas City, Sacramento, San Diego, and Cincinnati, Marc brings a broad, well-rounded perspective shaped by diverse markets, service standards, and automotive culture.
Marc's passion for cars began early through family influences, travel, and automotive-focused video games, evolving into a deep respect for craftsmanship and technical precision. That mindset is further reinforced through his ongoing pursuit of an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification in aviation mechanics, a discipline known for its uncompromising standards, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Aviation-level precision directly informs Marc's approach to detailing. Every vehicle is treated with a methodical, perfectionist mindset—where small details matter and shortcuts are never acceptable. His work emphasizes consistency, finish quality, and delivering results that meet the highest standards.
As Chief Operating Officer of Premier Mobile Detailing & Pressure Washing, Marc plays a key role in shaping operations, quality control, and the overall customer experience. His focus is building one of the most trusted detailing brands in Cincinnati, ensuring the company can grow and scale while maintaining the level of quality, care, and reliability that defines the Premier name.
